Arborwoods Global is operated by Hong Kong Arborwoods Nexus Co., Limited.
Fulfillment Locations
Depending on the destination, inventory availability, and carrier service selected, orders may be fulfilled from our United States fulfillment facility at 10996 Hillside Rd, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91737, United States, or from our Hong Kong fulfillment location at Rm 701, Unit 108, 7/F, Tower B New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong. The available fulfillment origin and shipping service are determined by the order details and destination.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery country or region, shipping origin, package weight and dimensions, and the carrier service available for the order. The shipping amount shown at checkout before payment is the applicable charge for that order.
USPS carrier-calculated services are used where available. Other carrier-calculated services may appear for certain destinations or fulfillment origins when they are enabled and available.
Current Checkout Options
For United States destinations, checkout currently shows the available Standard and Express shipping options and their applicable charges. For eligible international destinations, checkout may show USPS or DHL carrier-calculated services, including service-specific options where available. Rates and service availability can vary by destination, package details, and carrier.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time refers to business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing may take longer when an order requires inventory or compliance review.
Delivery Estimates
Any delivery date or transit-time estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guarantee. Actual delivery time depends on the selected service, destination, carrier handling, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, weather, and other events outside our control. Transit time begins after the carrier accepts the shipment and does not include processing time.
Available Destinations
Shipping is currently available to the countries and regions shown at checkout. If no shipping option is available for a destination, we are unable to accept delivery to that destination at that time. Shipping availability may change because of carrier service restrictions, local regulations, or operational conditions.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless the checkout clearly states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Customers are responsible for confirming that the product can legally be imported into their destination.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout after the order is dispatched. Carrier tracking updates may take time to appear.
Address Changes, Failed Delivery, and Delays
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We may be unable to change an address after dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply to reshipments caused by an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed customs clearance.
