Shipping Methods Arborwoods Global currently offers international shipping through DHL, FedEx, and EMS. Available carriers may vary depending on the destination, local regulations, carrier availability, and operational conditions.
Processing Time Orders are generally processed within 24 hours to 7 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, order volume, compliance review, public holidays, warehouse operations, or destination-specific shipping requirements. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Rates Shipping fees are charged according to the destination region:
- United States: USD $10
- Europe: USD $15
- Asia: USD $20
- Rest of World: USD $25
Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
Delivery Time Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region, shipping carrier, customs clearance, local import procedures, and other external factors. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a shipment is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to complete customs clearance, we reserve the right to charge reshipment fees and/or deduct shipping costs from any refund.
