Refund & Return Policy

Hong Kong Arborwoods Nexus Co., Limited provides customer support for eligible orders placed through Arborwoods Global.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before processing or shipment begins. Once an order has been packed, handed to a carrier, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available.

No Ordinary Returns or Exchanges

Because Opuréa is a body-use personal-care product, we do not accept ordinary returns or exchanges. We only handle confirmed damaged-item or missing-item issues as described below.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, product, and package contents where applicable.

Please keep the original packaging and all product materials until our support team has completed its review.

Review and Resolution

Our support team may request additional information to verify the issue. If the damage or missing item is confirmed, we may arrange a reshipment or issue a refund to the original payment method, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Please do not send any product back unless our support team provides written instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted or processed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Shipping Costs

Because ordinary returns and exchanges are not accepted, customers should not ship products back without prior written instructions. If our support team specifically requests a return for a confirmed damaged-item case, we will provide instructions regarding the applicable shipping costs.

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to customs review, import restrictions, local taxes, or delivery delays outside our control. Customers are responsible for checking whether the product can be legally imported into their destination country or region.
