Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. An order is subject to product availability, payment authorization, fraud screening, and confirmation by us.
We may cancel or refuse an order where there is a pricing error, inventory issue, suspected fraud, shipping restriction, payment problem, or other legitimate operational reason. If an order is cancelled after payment, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping availability, rates, carrier services, processing times, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Shipping charges are calculated or displayed at checkout based on the destination, fulfillment location, package information, and available carrier service.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds and Damaged or Missing Items
Because Opuréa is a body-use personal-care product, ordinary returns and exchanges are not accepted.
We only handle confirmed damaged-item or missing-item issues. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the shipping package, shipping label, product, and package contents where applicable.
Please do not send any product back unless our support team provides written instructions. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval, although the final posting time depends on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Intellectual Property
